I did it. I ran 8 miles, and it was a good run at a pace of 11 minutes and 56 seconds per mile. This pace is 10 seconds faster than my pace last Saturday and the best news is I feel good. I ran earlier today as well and the morning cloud cover was still there after my run around 9 AM...
I think the run was better today because of the cool weather and fueled myself better. I drank soy milk before the run and ate bread with peanut butter...
Good run! Am looking forward to the 9 mile run next Sat..
