Full Marathon Training - Week 2

I will be honest with you. My marathon training is off to a shaky start. After week 1 of training, where I ran 26 miles, I got so exhausted that I was sick. I even missed 2 days worth of work.

So I decided to take it easy on week 2, I ran 14 miles during the work week, not bad, but I woke up exhausted and could not get myself to do my long run.

Now my window to run this morning has come and gone as I have a fully loaded schedule today from mid this morning up til tonight!

I have to dig deep. I got this!
