Week Five Half Marathon Training - Long Run...
I ran 6 miles this morning in 1 hr 12 minutes at an average rate of 12 minutes and 6 seconds. This is a very good improvement from two weeks ago of 5 miles in 62 minutes... Not only did I run faster, I ran a mile farther and to top it off I ran on a outside track vs. a treadmill...
