Last Saturday I did my long work out.
I ran 7 miles at a pace of 12 minutes and 6 seconds per mile... So that means I completed the 7 miles in a little over 84 minutes... This is very good...
But my post run routine did not go too well. After the run I felt nauseous... So I wasnt able to eat or drink as much as I would have liked...
This was bad because I was not able to replace the electrolytes that I lost. It was an especially warm day, even though I started at 7:30 AM, the sun was already burned through the morning clouds...
As a result, I was in bed in pain... Only in the late afternoon did I force myself to eat and drink stuff...
Note to self, replace electrolytes whether you feel like it or not....
